“I have never been let down here. The property is beautiful, the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There are many things to do in Ironwood and this is a great home base!!”

“We arrived late. The office was closed, but there was a notice on the office door directing us to our room. The room door was unlocked. On the table was the key and information concerning our stay. Everything was better than described in the booking ad. In the light of morning we saw the yard next to the building had chairs, an area with chairs & a table under a canopy for shade. This is a definite place we will stay when in the Ironwood area.”

“For the price, Days Inn could be much better. This stay was a reminder of why I don’t like to use Days Inn. There is always a remaining smell of smoke when you enter the building and dingy accommodations. On a positive note the room was fairly clean.”

“Horrible!!! The owner should not have had the place available for renting this last weekend. When I called to get my room number, I was told by the owner that it was project weekend and his son and about 15 friends were there helping him. We show up and can barely walk without tripping through all the extension cords and power tools. “At check-in, there were no 1st floor rooms available, desk clerk stated full house. My bad for not requesting 1st floor at time of booking. Room on 2nd floor was okay but didn't see a smoke alarm. Carpet old (be sure to wear slippers) but beds were good. It was quiet so thankful for that. For the price we paid we did expect more on the 'continental' breakfast, Only few cheap breakfast bars were available. “Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me”

“The staff was fabulous. We stayed 1 night in July while traveling northern Wisconsin. It happened to fall on Friday - great fish fry, coleslaw, waitstaff. Our room was comfortable, great shower, a bit dated. No hairdryer, so used the air conditioner 😅 it was nice to have a bar, but there is no breakfast offerings in the morning other than coffee in your room. Beautiful area, would definitely stay again.”

“Joe was outstanding at check-in! Great personality, friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was substantial. The shower was great! My biggest complaint was that we were on the second floor and there is no elevator so we had to make numerous trips to haul our suitcases, cooler, dry goods box, etc. up the stairs. I am handicapped and my husbandis 78. Also, we asked for a room with a view and didn’t get one.”
