Guests have access to the full luxury home and all of its listed indoor and outdoor spaces, including all 5 bedrooms, the expansive living and dining areas, fully equipped chef's kitchen, all 4.5 bathrooms, private sauna, and the large outdoor patio with grill. The home includes a dedicated EV charger at the side garage. Parking is plentiful with space for up to 8 vehicles. Please note that while there is a side door, we ask guests to use the front door with the keypad entry for access.

☀ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

☀ KEYPAD ENTRY: The home features a keypad entry at the front door. Your unique access code will be provided in your booking confirmation prior to arrival.

☀ RING DOORBELL: Please be aware there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance for the security of the property.

☀ SAUNA INSTRUCTIONS: Detailed instructions for the indoor sauna are provided in the home. Please allow 20–30 minutes for the sauna to reach optimal temperature.

☀ FIREPLACE: The indoor fireplace is gas-operated. Instructions are posted near the fireplace. Please ensure it is turned off when not in use.

☀ EV CHARGER: The EV charger is located at the side garage. Please refer to the instructions provided in the home for usage details.

☀ PARKING: Ample parking is available in the circular driveway for up to 8 vehicles. Please do not park on the grass or block the street.
