I cannot say enough about this property and the communication from the owners. The attention to detail and cleanliness are top notch. You really get the feel that not only do the owners want you to enjoy your stay at the condominium but also enjoy the Pinehurst area in general.

Family gathering
We gathered to celebrate our family Patriarchs 80th birthday. This was the perfect location for 4 of us. Plenty of room, priced very good, bright, clean, well stocked ammenities. Comfortable beds and furniture. We will return.

Cute, clean condo!
We enjoyed our stay at this clean and well appointed condo. We were disappointed in the late 4 pm check-in combined with a 10 am check out. For the nightly rate plus fees we were hoping to at least check out and use the pool for a few hours on Sunday before heading home. The pool has no bathrooms (just a porta potty) and you have to use the pool fob to get in.

US Kids Golf Camp
A fantastic spot for my daughter and I to rest after long days at US Kids Golf Camp (Longleaf). We were able to see some behind the scenes action at the Pinehurst on our commute to camp. The community is very peaceful on the water and the location of the pool is ideal. The owner has thought of every nice to have and included it with the property. We will stay there again.

Amazing Home!
The home was exactly how they advertised it. The home was spotless clean, comfortable and inviting. I felt it was our home away from home. They thought of everything from a cotton swab to my favorite Starbucks coffee to a suggestion book for the best restaurants, and the local grocery stores, NICE. Whenever we are back in the area we will certainly utilize this home.

Beautiful, but Glade Plug in Disaster
The condo was beautiful, well equipped and in a nice location. However there were two glade plug ins that were so overwhelming. we had remove and put them outside and open all windows and with air purifier running, the smell remained overpowering throughout stay. No one slept well that first night, allergy and asthma really affected the wife. Glade plug ins and synthetic parfums are never a good idea.

Great property
This is the cleanest property we’ve ever rented! My wife defines clean freak, and she was blown away by how clean this unit is. The overall layout is great,and the location is wonderful. The use of a keypad for entry makes check in very convenient. The owner communicates very clearly and responds quickly to and question or request. We will definitely look to stay here on any future visits.

Pinehurst girls getaway
Great property--very clean and stocked well. The owner did a wonderful job decorating and making the condo very comfortable for renters. She responded immediately to a question and was very friendly. We will rent there again.

A hidden gem
Truly the best place in Pinehurst! Our family enjoyed a week long stay and have zero complaints. The condo was central to everything, was stocked with all necessities and extremely clean. The bonus was the view of the pool and lake. We love this place so much we have booked it for additional trips we have on the calendar many months out. Cecilia is a wonderful host and we appreciate her attention to detail and desire to please.

My daughter and I love staying at Lakeview 130 for our annual girls trip to Pinehurst. We always choose this beautiful condo because it's clean, quiet, and centrally located to shopping and restaurants in Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Beautiful Condo
My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo last weekend. We were there for a family wedding. The location was fantastic, very nice and quiet and also centrally located to things in Pinehurst as well as Southern Pines. The owners provided everything you think you could possibly need while on vacation. The condo itself was super clean, updated and very well decorated. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

This host has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. If you need it, she has placed it in the home for you. From scissors to steamers, Q-tips to lint rollers your needs are covered. The home was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely return.

Visits to Pinehurst are always great fun and there is NO nicer place to stay than this condo! It is always my go-to choice. It is beautifully furnished and maintained and there is no amenity that is not furnished.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Clean condo, beautiful area, perfect views and lovely sounds from the rushing water. It was peaceful inside and out.
