  • BordoPineta Centro is born from the experience of BordoPineta Mare! In the heart of Pineto, just steps from the beach and all amenities. The three-room penthouse apartment, located on the 2nd floor, features a fresh, modern style. The entryway opens onto a living area—brilliantly lit by two large skylight windows—complete with two sofa beds, a sitting area, and a TV, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living room leads to a first double bedroom, which also features a skylight, as does the second bedroom, furnished with two low beds. The sleeping area is completed by a bathroom with a shower stall. BordoPineta Centro enjoys a strategic location on the beautiful pedestrian boulevard that runs from Villa Filiani to the train station. The apartment is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi. Additionally, for your convenience, you’ll find an initial supply of bed linens and towels included in the price upon arrival.
