The Pinetop Adventure Lodge is a spectacular mountain lodge uniquely themed to highlight the adventures to be had in Pinetop! With a massive gathering area for your large family or group, high-speed unlimited WiFi, 75” TV with amazing surround sound, large kitchen with all the essential and specialty cooking appliances, a plethora of board games, and fantastic view of the woods. If you have kids, this is the place, with outdoor play set, 3 pack’n’plays, high chairs, toys, books and more...

Exploring all the bedrooms and bathrooms is an adventure of its own as each is uniquely themed to inspire you with the activities of Pinetop! Each guest will have a different favorite room! The game room will keep everyone entertained for hours, while others may be enjoying a theater type experience with big screen TV and booming surround sound. Cook in the kitchen or grill on the patio, or explore the beautiful serene neighborhood, amazing surrounding restaurants, the Ski Resort, hiking/biking trails, lake and fishing, hunting, horseback riding or looking for local wildlife. The Pinetop Adventure Lodge will be your new go to spot for fun, relaxation, and adventure!

We want our guests stay to be as comfortable as possible, and will be available by phone, or in person if we are there, to assist in their needs.

Our neighborhood is one of the most beautiful in Pinetop and close to everything! HOA requires quiet hours after 9pm and neighborhood is very quiet. Be respectful of neighbors, especially at night when many sleep with windows open

Maximum of 8 vehicles, parking allowed in the driveways and garage only, HOA rules are that no trailers are to be visible

This is a no smoking property. If smoking does take place it should be in personal vehicles or off property only. There is a Ring doorbell security camera at the front door which does record video/audio when activated
Dogs only (absolutely no cats, owners have severe allergies)
Dogs stay on main floor, off furniture
Non-refundable Pet deposit of $200 1st dog, additional $100 for second, additional $50 for 3rd and 4th, NO MORE than 4 allowed
Quiet hours outside 9pm-7am strictly enforced
No fires at outdoor fire pit during NO FIRE season
Never leave fire unattended, and put out all flames with water when finished. Parking in garage, driveway and on the designated front yard parking only. HOA restricts all RVs and trailers, and there is no street parking in the community or culdesac at any time, and vehicles owners are subject to $50 fine if this rule is broken.

We had 22 family members from all over US and everything was perfect for us. Extra tables and chairs worked great. Kitchen had everything we needed for the large group. Great communication with host and house was absolutely gorgeous. Neighbors a bit unfriendly. Upon arrival told us kids can't be yelling on playset. We were very respectful and already knew the rules.

This beautiful home in Pinetop-Lakeside was perfect for our ladies trip of 25! Plenty of beds & bathrooms, clean linens and furniture, plenty of seating, and sufficient kitchen space. Everyone enjoyed the stay and loved the property. Aimee was a good host and communicated well; but the VRBO platform was delaying our messages for several days so we had to work around that. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Group Accomodation

We travelled with 29 people for a student leadership retreat. The house provided a fantastic set-up for group meeting times with the spacious great room that opened up into the kitchen. There was appropriate cookware and utensils for a group our size as we prepared most of our meals in the house. The dining space worked out well for us, because most of the group chose to eat outside on the back porch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were as advertised.We enjoyed Woodland Lake Park for recreation: pickleball, volleyball, disc golf, hiking, and open recreation fields. It was about a 10 minute walk from the house.

Great stay

The location is great. The different "wings" of the house made it easy to out the kids to bed and still be able to hang out without worrying about being too quiet. The description said hottub. We looked for a hottub but didn't find one. That was a bummer.

Cabin Fun

We recently stayed in a cabin for our annual team building, and overall, it was a good experience. The cabin itself was spacious, clean, and provided a nice setting for relaxation and team bonding. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had plenty of room for group activities, both indoors and outdoors. There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. Several of the smoke detectors were missing batteries, and one seemed to need a full replacement. Safety is essential, so ensuring all smoke detectors are functioning properly would enhance the experience. The carpet could also benefit from a thorough shampoo, as it looked worn and could use freshening up. Additionally, the cabin was out of propane, which meant we couldn’t use the outdoor grill as planned. Another thing to note is that the outdoor area wasn’t as large as it appeared in the listing photos. While it was still functional for our group, it felt a bit smaller than we expected, which slightly limited our outdoor activities. Despite these minor issues, we still enjoyed our stay. The cabin’s peaceful atmosphere and the chance to connect as a team were the highlights. With a few updates to maintenance and a more accurate description of the outdoor space, this place would be even better. I’d still recommend it for future team retreats or group getaways.

Perfect cabin for a large family reunion

Cabin is set up perfectly to accommodate large families, with shared large common areas, and lots of bed choices. Well stocked kitchen, large laundry room and pantry. Perfect for our family reunion this past summer! Welcoming and attentive host. Lots of fun things for all ages close by. Highly recommend! 👍

Handles a crowd with ease

This lovely cabin was a great place for our reunion. Although our group was only adults, there are plenty of beds for kids and a play area. The close access to Woodland Park with its nice trails and pickleball courts was great. We would love to return

We had an absolute blast, made great memories and was a pleasure working with you. I was unaware that this property was in a neighborhood and there are houses right next to each other. Also most of the pots and pans we had to wash because they were dirty. But other than that everything was great and what a great home! Thank you so much!

Very spacious and comfortable cabin

We stayed at this cabin with a large group of people, and have to say that the cabin is very spacious and had room for everyone. I appreciated the large couch and the additional chairs provided for seating at the dining table. We had a little bit of an issue with the cleanliness of the property, but we were able to address this with the owners right away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to town and grocery stores.

Beautiful cabin would meet all your needs.

The property is fantastic has everything our big family needed. Weather was beautiful and the proximity to wood lake park was just what we needed to have lots of room to play. It is very evident that the neighbors do not like a vrbo property in their neighborhood. The neighbors were the only negative we had at all with the cabin experience, and I have no idea how to change that.

Perfect baby palooza weekend!
