“Avoid this place at all costs. It will not make your experience in Hot Springs a good one. There are surveillance cameras everywhere. The owners live onsite and stand at the end of the building watching you check into your room. No place for dogs to go to the bathroom as described. Rooms smell strong of chemicals. We had to leave it was so awful. Happy Hollow right downtown was amazing and no pet fees!”

“1) Strange layout of the hotel room.
a) Like different lamps at each side of the bed.
b) The headboard was about a foot from the beds matress.
c) etc...
2) Everything was worn down.
a) The phone was old and, probably, the reason why it was hard to hear the other person (very low volume).
b) The bed was mended with duck-tape.
c) Cracks in the tiles in the bathroom.

“We were very pleased with our stay and will look at other Holiday Inn Express for our future stays. The staff were welcoming and our room was clean. The breakfast was phenomenal and not many places offer a nice breakfast to start your day. We had bacon, eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. They also had cereal, muffins, pancakes, oatmeal and fruit, as well as coffee and juices. It was close to being our best place to stay.”

“The cutest little gem of a hotel located in the Hot Springs National Park. This was our 4th time staying at Happy Hollow and we'd stay here again anytime we're in Hot Springs. It's a retro looking motel that sits in the National Park. Rooms are always super clean. Staff is friendly and gets you whatever you need. Loved that our room was so spacious and all for a great price. Walking distance to the hikes of course but also to the main drag in Hot Springs.”
