“Estuve solo una noche y el aire no servia. Hablamos con el staff del hotel y no hicieron nada. Era horrible el calor en el cuarto. Hablamos con una housekeeping sobre el problema y ella nos ayudo a traer un ventilador pero eso ya era el día que íbamos a hacer check out.”

“Room was dirty and hotel was being remodeled. Got pink eye from pool. Had to go urgent care up the road. Tub would not drain told staff and they did nothing.”

Then at 11:45 pm there was some sort of loud noise that went on and off consistently throughout the rest of the night. It sounded like old pipes or something and so I thought it would stop when the people above us got out of the shower, but it continued until morning. “Decent hotel in a good area of Albuquerque. Nothing special but clean and does the job for a business visit. Room cleaning was only every third day “due to Covid”.”

“This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay.”

“The rooms were clean but we were told because of our stay for four days they don’t change sheets for “long periods of stay” even though there is a sign on the bathroom mirror saying that linen and trash is picked up daily. So the last night that we stayed we had a night desk clerk help change our sheets, she was very nice and was willing and ready to help us have a more comfortable stay. Overall the place was easy to get to and accommodating to what we needed from the stay. Would we return?...
