âIts a very nice place fitted with everything that you've got in your home. The golf carts were a treat on its own. Really a nice experience. I would recommend this place to anybody.â
âThe Aquamarine guest house is a gem in terms of comfort, service and location- with a view over the bay. Highly recommended- but the parking is really at your own risk. Not for theft but for damaging the car when getting into the awkward parking lots. There is however a free taxi shuttle- so once you have parked you donât need to use the car until you leave. Unfortunately we had a shuttle driver with annoyingly strong opinions about the situation in South Africa, but maybe we were just unlucky...
âNice view from room on 11th floor and the room was very spacious but outdated. Shower door broken so water came on floor, old stained carpet, pigeon living on the balcony leaving poop on floor and window . The hotel does not offer Beach/pool towels even if they are situated on the beach and offers indoor and outdoor pool. When coming from the beach there are no places to wash off sand from feets and no where to shower after swimming in pool or ocean. Pool was cold and dirty. They didn't offer...
âBeautifully situated on Mossel Bay. Large, comfortable and clean rooms with Indian Ocean views. Delicious and wide-ranging breakfast. An amazing, well-run property along the Garden Route. Wish we had booked additional nights! â

âI really liked the staaf, they were very helpfull and friendly.
The room was basic but nice and clean. The area around the hostel felt really poor and insafe at night, so we stayed in the hostel during that time of the day.â
âWe initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day .
We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared .
If you are looking for a place to sleep 4 I would consider this - we were just 2 and we found a place that suited us better.

Unfortunately there is no air con and the heat at night made it very difficult to sleep at night.
The bedroom we had was small.
The other 2 larger bedrooms had sliding doors on to a balcony,which you could leave open at night for some air flow.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs in total
1x double-1 x twin smaller rooms with little air flow.
2x larger rooms with sliding doors to balconies
Great breakfast too.
