“Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. Location was very good for what I needed. We had hoped the campus shuttle ran more often on the weekend, but that was not a problem with the inn itself. Clean, though small rooms. Coffee in the room tasted terrible and coffee in the lobby costs $2/cup so I was very unhappy with that, but if that's the worst of it, that's not too bad. Would stay again for sure if anything brought me this way again.”

“The breakfast spread was very good. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The room was cleaned every other day which was fine. However the room floor was not cleaned properly. The tea/coffee in the room was not replenished and there was no electric kettle to boil water.”

“Nice staff, spacouis and clean rooms. The pools did not look clean so I never went for a swim unfourtnatley. and ther where no place to change to swimming clothes by the pool. perfect location with plenty of resturants near by. The staff was veru friendly and helpfull. when We extended our stay for more days we could stay in the same room. ”

“When I pulled back my blankets me and my husband found hair in our bed!!! Disgusting!! When we checked out we told the guy we wanted to speak to a manager and he said no manager was on site because it was a holiday and gave me a card to call tomorrow. He didn’t care what I had to say. Very nasty. I would be going back.”

“Thought Howard Johnsson was a guarantee for a accaptable standard. The only reason for staying there is the low cost, but even then I guess you have other choises. Burnmarks on the blankets, no microwave, no refrigerator, bad WiFi, dirty sheets and towels... very, very low standard and quality. Was that breakfast? Will never more visit a Howard Johnson hotel.”

“AC was really loud, They do not provide water even if you are Marriot member. Load noises in the room above and front desk said they can not help. Breakfast was not fresh”

“Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 PM checkout time. We were tired from long drive and had to attend function at 6:00 and staff wasn’t ready to give alternate room. Had to wait. Also, retained $20 for incidental but didn’t explain. ”

“My entire stay at the hotel was nice and I would consider staying again in the future. Staff was polite and the room was great. My only dislike is that the rooms are not cleaned unless you are staying over 7 days according to the attendant at the front desk. I had to keep asking for towels and the old towels were just piled up in a corner in the bathroom. We would have had to pay to have someone come in to clean our room and I did not like that. The beds were comfortable but should have four...
