“Excellent staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning). Cannot say the same about the owners, which apparently don’t pay the former good enough salaries for their superb work, leading them to ask for additional guest disbursements upon checkout. One would think that paying such prices plus the restaurant plus the tips, everyone would be adequately compensated. Apparently this is not the case in this high-end establishment.”

“When we arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation in the system . I had quite a challenge to get hold of Hotels.com for assistance . Mailed confirmation of bookings need to be in the local language. Once checked in the room did not have water . The new room did not have hot water . The hotel is fantastic and we hope to get hot water today”
