Hotell i Pirates Beach

“The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable the pool was nice the staff was helpful and nice. the only issue I had with my stay was the water pressure in the shower being too light and the location was pretty far from the beach. But for the price I will definitely be staying here again.”

“This property needs walk in tubs. For vertically challenged customers, climbing in a tub that is two and a half feet of floor is a hazard.”

“We had the most pleasant experience in Galveston. The man at the reception desk were excellent, I think his name was Omid. Easy to park. Felt safe and very clean. Great ocean view from the room! Will absolutely come back! ”

“We stayed at this hotel on the way to a cruise, and it was perfect for a quick stopover. The hotel is a typical Quality Inn. It was affordable and clean. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The only reason I'm ranking it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room had some kind of smell to it. Just so you know, there is no fitness center. I couldn't find much information on the website because it's a chain, but I did find some sites online that said there is a fitness center....

“Last resort”

“A/C needs interview or something it feels like suffocating in there, the pool is very visibly not well maintained. Clean room, kind front desk staff, tons of parking.”

“The staff was very nice but the floor in my room was dirty, when I would feed my dog the food would get covered with ants, and last but not least the ceiling light in the bathroom fell out of the ceiling and when I went to report it the girl at the desk said I needed to email a picture to the corporate office…ummm not my job. I’ve stayed here many times and this is the worst room I’ve been in.”

“The front desk staff is AMAZING, which is wht this is not a 1. We had 3 rooms for our stay. I fully understand the green initiative. That being said in a beach town to not have your room cleaned and new towels exchanged everyday is a horrible idea by Wyndham. You take 2-3 showers in each room and you have to run to the front desk. 1 of the 3 rooms TV did not work. The hotel was apparently out of shampoo and conditioner. So we got one use then had to use shower gel and bar soap. Then the worst...

“The balcony rooms are wonderful for ocean views. The top floor is the best. The indoor pool was nice and has pool towels. There are no beach towels. The rooms are large and comfortable. My bed was a tiny saggy in the middle where everyone would first sit. Breakfast was very nice with hot foods and cold options. Coffee/tea and ice water 24 hours in the lobby. The staff were warm, friendly and down to earth. Check in was s l o w. Not sure if that was the software or what. The staff appear...
