“Master bed was not comfortable”

“Bed comfortable bed linens stained and dirty * we brought our own anyways* ..room was musty we had to buy several air fresheners and ice machine was out of order”

“There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. Other than no soap in the shower it was a beautiful day and we would stay again. PS I like to...
