“We arrived after a 3-day hiking trip in the Pirin National Park, dirty and tired, so the spa of the hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was nice and clean, with good coffe available in the room which was welcome after drinking Nescafe for a few days. The breakfast buffét had lots of options and everything was as expected on this point from one of the best hotels in Bansko. ”

“We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...

“The location is good, parking facilities in the basement (extra charge), pool and sauna ok, too crowded at breakfast and dinner and food not great. Skiing area is nice but the waiting for the gondola to go up the mountain is at least 1,5 hrs between 8 am - 11.30 am (not enough capacity during popular skiing times such as February).”
