Prisvärt men enkelt.
Behövde gå ut i korridoren för att komma till vår toalett och badrum.. inte bra. Annars rent och bara 5 min från flygplatsen. 10 min till COOP. Nära till bar och enkel restaurang. Helt okey för pengarna. Ca 30 minuters promenad till lutande tornet.

The cleaning was good. Both in the room, which btw was separate from the room, vas good. Also the bed mattresses was very hard and firm, which we liked. The warm water in the shower was not good. To cold water in the shower, we couldn’t regulate the temperature of the water at all. When we booked this accommodation we thought it was a hotel room, but it was more like a hostel. The room that we rented was separated from the the bathroom, and we needed to look the door to the bathroom whenever we weren’t using it, we very told. That was quite the hassle that we were unprepared for. Also, the owner wouldn’t accept a normal credit card as payment for the extra local taxes, we had to walk to find a ATM to withdraw cash, which we didn’t use for the whole trip, exempt for this exception. The owner was very kind, helpful and also humorous though.

Perfekt beläget vid flyget!
Enkelt men fräscht! Privat badrum i korridoren. Otroligt smidigt med 5 min promenad från flygplatsen.

Vi hade en dålig upplevelse av detta hotell, givetvis får man vad man betalar för och detta är ett riktigt budgethotell. Ett stort minus är att AirCondition inte ingår, man måste betala 45€ extra för det.

The extra for air conditioned is Euros 4,50 (not 45,00) !! This is normal because clients needing to sleep WITHOUT air conditioned , as I explained to you at the moment of the check in, must be FREE TO CHOSE to get or not. I don't feel to encrease the price including A/C to clients that can't turn it on. Have you ever travelled Ryanair? You buy a simple ticket, the rest (luggages, beverages, sports accessories etc) must be paied EXTRA. Dear Guest, This is a MODERN concept to travel !!

Perfect airport "hotel"
Clean and nice. Perfect for us who had a 0615 visit to catch. We missed the reception first. It's quite small but at the address in your booking. It looks like a small shop and the guy there spoke good English and was very service-minded. The hotel is like a few rooms on the second floor in a building. But as mentioned, service nice, room clean and neat. The place is like 100m from the airport.

Basic accomodation more suited to the budget traveller. Only booked this as made a mistake to our original hotel booking and needed something close to airport.dissapointed nothing better around airport within walking distance. Bedding well worn and welcome greetjng more on line of youth hostel instructions.

There's no doubt this is value for money and extremely close to the airport. Our room and bathroom were clean. There were also a few odd things. Our room had two extra beds, we were told not to touch them or it would be charged to our credit card. The bed wasn't very comfortable although not the worst I've experienced. Also, although air conditioning is listed as an amenity it would cost you 4.50 euros. Also, it's not really a hotel. It's a private room in an apartment. There's also something very odd going on with the coloured lighting in the corridor. We were also told to let them know our arrival time 2 days before the stay, very strange for an hotel if you are checking in during normal hours. Having said all that, it's cheap, right next to the airport and clean. If you're looking for budget, not a light sleeper and don't have a bad back this is great.

Good : Quick, easy, clean, close to the Airport. Not good : missing towels and soap in the personal bathroom (I could accept it, if it were a common bathroom). Soap and paper towels at least should be there.

Io sono stato bene, considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo molto bene. Da fuori palazzina fatiscente, brutta, sembra quasi abbandonata. Invece dentro le stanze sono PULITE (la cosa più importante), tenute piuttosto bene, l'impressione é che ci sia della cura. Un po' rumoroso essendo a 150 m dall'aeroporto. Se avete il sonno leggero cercate più lontano. Io ci sono stato bene. Personale gentilissimo.

Peu rejouissant
Point positif : à 200m de la porte de l'aéroport. Par contre il ne s'agit pas d'un hotel mais d'un palier d'immeuble aménagé en 4 chambres . La réception est un local pas très propre . Pas de petit déjeuner possible. Chambre humide et sans possibilité de chauffage au 2 novembre.

Spartano ma funzionale
Funzionale per passare una notte vicino all'aeroporto in caso di voli con arrivo a tarda serata/notte. Camera spartana ma letto confortevole. Peccato che non funzionasse l'aria condizionata, il che a metà settembre rappresenta un problema. L'addetto alla struttura ha in parte ovviato con un ventilatore a soffitto che ci ha permesso comunque di dormire tranquillamente.

Excellent location, 300mt from Pisa airport. Average price for accommodations in this area of the city, but still too high for the type of accomodation. Clean, equipped with the essentials for spending a night near the airport. Total negative point: 4.50€ to have air conditioning in the room, as: it is absolutely unjustified selling this essential service as an optional!

The best part about this place is how close it is to the airport, literally across the road, we stayed for one night and it’s pretty basic, which is fine for such a short stay. It was a little bit expensive for what you get, but then you don’t need an airport transfer or taxi. Overall, fine for a night.
