Ett trevligt boende, trevlig personal. Men dom skulle behöva bli bättre på att städa! Det var svartmögel inne i duschen och precis utanför i övrigt var det rent.

Ok, men inget speciellt.
Extremt fattig frukost - inga som helst alternativ. En morgon fann vi tyvärr mögel i brödet. I övrigt var det rent och någorlunda fräscht. Läget var centralt, utan att ligga mitt i turistkärnan. Hade vi haft hyrbil hade det varit helt perfekt, nu blev det lite jobbigt med allt promenerande. Som helhet var det ett ok boende, men verkligen inget speciellt. Hade förväntat mig mer med tanke på det höga snittbetyget.

Bra budgethotell ganska nära tornet i Pisa
Ok för det låga priset. Obs att stationen i närheten inte är Pisa Central. Lugnt område, men inga restauranger inom 10 minuters gångavstånd.

Great value accomodation with big clean rooms
The service at the hotel was very good. Although we arrivedoutside of the official check-in hours, there was no problem to check-in when we arrived. The staff was very friendly. The room with its bathroom was large, clean and fresh. The location was within walking distance to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Pisa San Rossore train station. The breakfast selection was good and slightly limited, but given the numbers of rooms the hotel has it was reasonable. Very good value accomodation for the price! If I am going to stay in Pisa in the future, this would be my number one choise and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is really cute. Perfect for a weekend, clean and the girl at reception is impeccable. Rosalia. The breakfast is delicious and rooms are very modern. Location is great. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants and to the tourist attractions. I highly recommend them.

It was simple, as expected for a 2 star hotel. Would have liked to have seen more choices for breakfast. The water pressure for the shower was too low, so the water only drizzled through the shower head. Staff were really friendly and transport connections were great to Lucca and the Airport.

Thanks for you kind review Niklas. It's a pity you didn't tell us about the shower, we would have fixed it in 30 minutes. A wider choice for breakfast is not usual for a "2 star hotel". Kind regards.

Good location
The hotel has a good location, it is only 15 minutes from the the leaning tower by foot. The walk is very easy, there is also a train station very close to the hotel.

We would stay here again. The room was immaculate, breakfast was very good, and it’s a great location; but customer service is not their strength. For example, although we are seasoned travelers; and despite Google having lead us directly to the front door of the hotel, we had a great deal of difficulty finding it. The only evidence of its existence is a sign painted on the wall of an adjacent building. Its paint is fading, located well above eye level, and perpendicular to the street. There is no lobby or anything to suggest there is a hotel behind the locked gate leading to the hotel’s front door. Its existence was finally affirmed by a guest who emerged from gate. She told us that “they don’t show up” until 3:00. Our reservation stipulated that check in began at 3:00 but we had hoped to check in early. We had lunch and returned shortly before 3:00; but the front door was still locked. We found another guest at 3;20-3:25, who let us in and pointed us to the room where the office was located. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant and said the front door shouldn’t have been locked. The remote control to our 17 inch TV didn’t work. I called the office to request another remote. They told me that they would send their “technical expert” to our room. She arrived in an our, confirmed that our remote didn’t work; and showed me how to change channels manually on the back of the TV; but she eventually found another remote. NICE HOTEL with a SKELETON STAFF

Great value stay and almost perfect
Overall my stay was very good. The price, friendly service and large room were all excellent. The location is not the best, but decent enough given the small size of Pisa and everything was still walkable. My only areas I would suggest improving would be the towels and the mattresses. The towels seemed old and thin, and the mattresses seemed old and were sinking in the middle. Investing in some new towels and mattresses would've made my stay perfect. But also, given the good value price, I can't complain too much.

Beautiful rooms and well decorated. Walking distance to dining options, Leaning Tower and groceries store. Close to rail station as well. Fantastic host that looked after us and provided information that we needed for the local area. Would stay here again.

Ottima struttura con camera ampia e funzionale. Suggerirei solo di cambiare il copriletto/lenzuolo con un semplice lenzuolo diviso dal copriletto in modo da poter gestire meglio la temperatura notturna. Anche la vs insegna non è molto visibile e, col maltempo di questi giorni, arrivando al buio non era immediato individuarvi

A lovely place to stay.
We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was a lovely added extra. The rooms were big and spacious with clean towels everyday. If you are wanting to go to the Leaning Tower it’s an ideal location.

The property and staff were all very good, but I booked the stay as an apartment with cooking facilities. When we arrived and went to our room there were no kitchen facilities , it was locked away. When we questioned the staff we were told it was 10 euros per day extra which was not mentioned in the booking, which on a way spoilt the stay.
