    Nestled behind Pismo Beach Coins Etc. Gallery, just a 1-3min walk to the beach, pier, numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars our property features a spacious home with three  bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. The 2nd story Master has king bed and ocean view patio.



    Enjoy the family-friendly courtyard, complete with a lush grassy area, a gas BBQ, and a charming dining space. Pet Friendly!

The place was great & location. I do recommend to family & friends. The only thing I wish is that there was an iron & iron board and that there was a 800 number to speak to somebody.

Really loved the updated appliances and the different flowers and plants on the property. Perfect location with our favorite restaurants just steps away! Host always responded quickly to my questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Pismo getaway

Our stay was very enjoyable the house was set up with everything we needed and the location was right in Pismo close to everything I would highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy Pismo and the central coast.

Really can't get a better location to downtown Pismo and the pier. Great property with lots of room and really nice beds/bathrooms. Highly recommend.

This property is A. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The enclosed yard was perfect for security, pets, privacy, and hanging out. The location is a short walk to the pier with lots of restaurants along the way. We plan to book this place yearly for a nice little vacation to Pismo with the dogs and family. We've stayed at a lot of rentals throughout the US, and we cannot say enough good things about this place!

Excellent vacation rental.

This property is a gem for visiting Pismo Beach and the area around. The house itself is quite nice a spacious. The location is very central. That location would normally make it noisy and hectic, but it is set back from the street and is tranquil. The yard and patio are wonderful.

Great location and lovely house! Lots of space for our crew. The teens had their own floor upstairs which they loved…with an en-suite! Also, the manger responded when we had a question and accommodated our late arrival and departure. We loved Pismo and this house made us comfy for our beach visit. Highly recommend!

Easy to find, listed accurately, very clean. 2 blocks to the beach and Pismo Pier. Contact with owner was great. Easy directions to enter and leave property.

Parking was a little awkward, because it meant schlepping our luggage and food away. Also, the restaurant, next door, was being remodeled, so the designated parking was being used to haul the stuff. Fortunately, we had a handicap parking spot we could use.The house itself was great. Kitchen table settings was a little sparse. Great attention to outlet charging plugs. Very quiet place to stay considering how close it is to all the action around Pismo Pier

Perfect place for family & dogs!

Wonderful yard area with gate and grass - perfect for dogs. Well appointed with all you could need. All new and high quality beds and bedding. I’d suggest not running heater upstairs when you sleep because it is quite loud, but we slept great without it. Nice deck and sitting area upstairs as well. Easy to walk to pier and restaurants. Perfect!
