  • En två bil garage är tillgänglig från entrén foyer, liksom den första våningen queen sovrum och eget badrum.

    Den andra nivån är ett rymligt öppet vardagsrum. Vardagsrummet har bekväma möbler, TV, matbord för 6, vackert kök med köksutrustning, och ett bekvämt halvbad. Från vardagsrummet finns stora skjutdörrar som öppnar till en balkong med gasgrill och bistro. Balkongen, med utsikt över Wadsworth Ave, erbjuder utsikt över havet och downtown.

    På tredje våningen välkomnar sovrummet dig att koppla av med en lyxig queen size-säng, en stor platt-TV och ett eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet på denna nivå har en queen size-säng och ligger bredvid det andra badrummet och tvättstationen. Från den tredje nivån utgång till spiraltrappa till taket däck.

Wonderful Trip

We can’t say enough great things a out this place! Very, very clean, very nice kitchen with everything we could possibly need, great location to beach, restaurants, scenic places. We would highly recommend it and the pizza almost next door is great too.

Great family vacation stay

This wonderful property is right in the heart of Pismo and it’s beautiful. I’m my opinion it was the perfect location, no noise problems, easy walk to restaurants, the beach and convenience store, plus very well appointed! We had everything we needed for cooking and dining. We will definitely stay here again.

Pismo Classic Family Golf Stay

First time using VRBO. Outstanding location and house. Very very clean. We all commented on how nice the property was. Nice rooftop sunsets as well as walking to local restaurants. We will definitely book this again if we return. Also, golf in Nipomo and Avila Beach are only 10-15 minutes away.

Excellent

Convenient beach condo! Easy highway access to house -- did not have to sit at lights in town during busy CalPoly grad weekend. Immaculately clean and obviously put together by someone who stages/rents houses -- everything worked, of solid quality, beach chairs and toys, small details thought out, dialed-in aesthetic and decor. Bottom floor with bath was perfect for grandma to access entry and 2-car garage. Easy one block walk to less crowded end of Pismo beach. That said it is spaced over three floors so be ready to climb stairs. Bedrooms are on the small side but we spent most of our time away from the condo so it didn't really matter. Would def recommend and stay again.

House was clean & only 4 blocks from the beach. Loved the close proximity to great nearby restaurants which were not chains. Initial issues with the garage door opener as it would not close after entering. However we switched out the batteries & it worked fine. Communication with the host was immediate & action was taken quickly. Had a great time visiting the Hearst Castle & seeing the elephant seals nearby. Would definitely recommend!

The Beach House was in great shape and had what we needed for making our Thanksgiving meal. It is a short walk to many restaurants and the Athletic club. Also a short drive to the Pismo Preserve and the Monarch Butterfly Grove. We had a great time!

Pismo fun

The house is perfectly located with easy access to beach and restaurants. Stocked with everything you need for the beach. Beds comfortable and bathrooms plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!!
