“Fantastiskt vackert!”

“The hotel was qlean and the staff generous and helpful, but the room and facilities are in general a bit dated. The food in the restaurant was good which was lucky since all other restaurants in the area were closed when we were there in the middle of August, due to vacation. The pool looks very nice in the pictures, but in real life is not that exciting and it is located just beside a busy road so it's not that relaxing, although the pool bar was good. ”

“The hotel suited us fine (family of four) since we had a car - it was easy to get to and a lot of nice villages was nearby. Castelmartini is a typical "business hotel" with nice and professional staff.”

“Très bon hôtel, localisé juste à côté des thermes. Pas très loin du centre. Dommage qu’on ne peut pas profiter de la piscine et du spa le jour du départ car il faut avoir une chambre pour se changer.”

“Mycket fint hotell med spa anläggning. Spa delen lockade oss att välja detta hotell men vid incheckningen upplystes vi om att det kostade 15 Euro per person att använda Spa delen. Vi känner oss vilseledda av beskrivningen med framförallt fina bilder på Spadelen. Ingenstans i beskrivningen finner vi information om att det kostar extra att använda. Vi har påtalat detta för Hotels.com som inte har hört av sig. I Hotels beskrivning står att alla extra kostnader som hotellet tar ut finns...

“En underbar vistelse i Montecatini Terme, väldigt bra Hotel med utmärkta rum. Vi fick en svit och är oerhört nöjda med den. Något slitna mattor i trappor och man kunde haft något bättre bröd på frukosten( lite hårda och för välbakade) men gillar man tårtor till frukost så var där 5 olika tårtor att välja mellan.”

“Super bra lägenhet med tyst o fin AC. Stor balkong, fräscht. Bra kylningens, åt frukost på hotellet en dag, sedan ordnade vi egen istället. Bra pool, nära till mycket och perfekt avstånd för utflykt till Pisa och Florens mm. Familjen trivdes bra. Sköna sängar. Vi reser runt i Italien och valde stanna 3 nätter här. Det enda som var störande var att städpersonalen pratade och lät väldigt mycket ganska tidigt på morgonen ute i korridoren.”

Beautiful and quiet active farm with beautiful gardens and views you will not believe. A tuscan manor house and property that is remarkable and fun to experience. Everyone was accommodating and gracious and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the stay. ”
