“While the room was clean, but the door didn’t seal tight. You could see the light from the hallway all around the door. the floors near and in the elevator were really dirty. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was adequate. They had scrambled eggs, sausage,Waffles, and bread items etc… For one night, it was ok. In my opinion, The Newport area seemed a little sketchy.”

“My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to stay here. OMG!! The staff there is TOP TIER! Best customer service I have EVER had in a hotel setting! The lobby is beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle! The moment we checked in we knew we made the right choice! The room was really nice, very clean, and the amenities were great! “All was good”

“I booked here for the view of the river from the room, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious. However, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away. You could see light all the way around the door. The eaves on the river side was rotten with missing parts that had fallen away. The toilet was so low it seemed like a daycare toilet. There was hair and a bug in the bath tub.”
