4 våningar med bostadsyta, 6 parkeringsplatser utanför gatan, en lugn park som privat miljö och spektakulär utsikt över staden från varje nivå börjar bara beskriva denna vackra egendom. Minuter till Downtown (1. 5 miles), Heinz field (2 miles) och enkel tillgång till allt Pittsburgh har att erbjuda. Lätt promenadförmåga till Mt Washingtons Shiloh Street (huvudgatan) som har barer, restauranger, nattliv och lokal shopping. Gör din vistelse bra på denna otroliga egendom. Enkel åtkomst till / från flygplatsen. Fastigheten har ett privat och lugnt trädgårdsutrymme som får dig att känna att du är på landsbygden. Hemmet ligger intill en City Park så att rådjur och kalkon är ganska vanligt!

På första våningen har huvudnivån ett stort och mysigt vardagsrum med en sten skorsten (öppen spis är inte funktionell) och en 4k HD Smart TV. Det finns också ett uppdaterat ät i köket som är fullt utrustat med matlagningsmaterial / utrustning, pappersprodukter, salt / peppar och kaffe. Utanför köket finns ett stort däck som sveper runt till en lugn sidogård. På andra våningen finns två stora sovrum, båda dessa rum har dubbelsängar, medan den andra sängen också har en soffa med 1 person. Det stora sovrummet har franska dörrar som leder ut till nästan 400 SF-däck med panoramautsikt över staden. Du hittar också ett uppdaterat badrum med regnduschdusch på denna nivå. Genom att gå upp ytterligare en trappsteg leder du till 3: e våningen som två bäddar i full storlek och en enda, se till att kolla in fönstret på den nivån eftersom den fantastiska utsikten fortsätter där uppe! Tillbaka ner genom huset på den lägsta nivån finns ytterligare ett färdigt utrymme med en extra TV, ytterligare två bäddsoffor och ett helt nytt badrum! Tvättmaskin och torktumlare är också på denna nivå. Från denna nivå kan du komma åt den nedre gården och parkeringsområdet, liksom till ett tredje däck.

Utsidan av hemmet har många avskilda och fridfulla områden. Den främre gården är faktiskt under gatunivå så du känner dig som om du är långt borta från liv och rörelse, medan du bara är några steg till all action. Det finns ett stort sidogårdsområde där däcket fortsätter vilket skulle vara bra för gräsmatta. Det nedre partiet har ett antal avkopplande utrymmen, en zenliknande stenträdgård med 15 fot höga bambusträd och ett litet bord för att koppla av och njuta av. I ännu en nivå hittar du en uteplats och ytterligare utrymme att njuta av utomhusaktiviteter.

The house was exactly as advertised nothing more and nothing less. Good location with only a very short ride to most things. The view was incredible and perfect setting to just hang out in the porch at night. Overall it could be a little cleaner, alot of the patio furniture was old, dusty, dirty and hadn't looked like it had been wiped or cleaned hardly ever. But for the most part it was a comfortable stay and what we expected. We were only there for 2 nights but did enjoy our stay

Do NOT book this property!

Property is completely misrepresented by the listing. Showed up with my wife and 2 young kids, and immediately disappointed with my decision. The play area was overgrown and like a swamp. Overgrown is the theme of the exterior of this property, as well as mold. Stairs are broken on the deck, and railings did not instill confidence. Interior was dirty, bugs on the window sill of the kitchen. This place better suited for a college party than a vacation rental.

Weekend Getaway

Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay. The views are incredible and the house had everything we needed for our visit. Corey is quick to respond and is very helpful. The area is perfect to be away from the city in a quiet area, but still have a quick ride to major arenas.

Graduation stay downer

We stayed at the property and had a few issues with the house:4 coffee cups for our group of 7 registered, we had to buy themNot enough forks, we had to buy those too.The outdoor chair cushions were soaking wet and dirty, there was a dry box (which was wet), but no instruction for us (and previous renters I guess) on what to do with them for the next renters. We could not get them dry, we were never able to use the decks. Deck was unkempt and had garbage and random stuff on it, as well as garbage on the grounds and in the yard.Patio lights didn’t work.Carpets are stained.Bugs on third floor.Flies in basement. Many, many flies.No toilet paper in basement bathroomJanky 3rd floor bedroom creepy musty stuffy with gross carpetDog poop bag in front of front door. Yes. Full dog poop bag, outside the front door. And no, we did not bring a pet. The walls were dirty, which is not a huge deal, but the BOOGER, that had been flicked onto the wall in the master bedroom confirms that the cleaning crew does not look at the walls. I cleaned it-rather scraped it off. Previous reviews indicated some of these same issues from some time back, clearly never addressed.

Work Trip

We are from California and came to Pittsburgh for a Work Holiday Party! Our boss is from Pittsburgh and wanted to share his city with us. We LOVED IT! This house was perfect for us! It has 4 levels, so it never felt crowded! The view of the city is incredible! its close to Shiloh street which has cute resturants/shops/bars! Ubering to downtown and other places was really easy and inexpensive! Thanks so much!!

Perfect Spot for Pittsburgh Stay

Corey is always a great host! The house was perfect for the six of us. The outdoor decks are awesome and provide an amazing city view. Downtown is a quick trip and Shiloh St with its great bars and restaurants is a short stroll away. We can’t wait to come back!

Great view of the city

A great location to get around the Pittsburgh area and a wonderful view of the city, especially at night. Plenty of parking in front of house. Comfortable living room area and a nice size kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and there is fun pub a couple blocks away.

Great View

Mount. Washington has the best views of Pittsburgh and this house was perfect for that. Just a great neighborhood with lots of options as tp eating and walking. Plus the Monongahella incline is a short walk that takes you to the Pittsburgh waterfront.

Great location, beautiful views

I stayed here with 8 friends. The location was great and the views from the balconies are lovely. Corey was a very responsive host. The house was accurately listed. There are 4 levels to the house, so if you’re not good with stairs that could be an issue, but it was no problem for our group. The only issue we ran into was that ubers take forever to pick you up in that area. You may want to schedule ubers ahead of time. We also ended up walking to the train station one morning and using that to get downtown instead. We enjoyed the walk though. We had a great stay!

The view from the deck on this house makes the whole property worth it! It's fantastic and a great space to enjoy with friends. The overall house needs a good bit of love-- carpets should probably be replaced, there are multiple outlets that simply don't work and many things need fixed like kitchen cabinets, doors and furniture. I do think it should be noted that the one bedroom is in an attic and would not be accessible to someone who can't handle steep steps or crouching under low ceilings. However, it's an old house and these things are to be expected. Any questions we had were answered and concerns were addressed within minutes by the property manager.

Great Location

My friends and I had a great long weekend in Mt. Washington. The house is within walking of many restaurants and bars. Views from the top deck were amazing. Corey was very easy to work with and quick to respond to my questions.

Reported to VRBO for misrepresentation

The location of the property was great and street parking was very easy for us, but the condition was not as advertised. Certain items were materially misrepresented--the updated kitchen includes a dishwasher that is rusted and literally falling apart, and the yard area was completely taken over by weed overgrowth, rendering it inhospitable. We brought yard games to enjoy in the "zen-like, peaceful" yard but could not use them. There was trash piled up under the lower deck and strewn around the property, and rodents went through the previous guests' trash by the main entrance. The deck railings were covered in mildew and bird droppings. The pictures on the listing to not represent the property in its current state (e.g. the area with the wrought-iron chairs and table on the gravel is nowhere to be found). I also think the listing should mention the accessibility to the basement and attic areas are tricky (incomplete handrails) so senior guests can be aware. The property was not properly cleaned before we entered the premises. There was an unflushed poop in the upstairs toilet, indicating it was never cleaned. The filter on the A/C unit in the attic bedroom was caked with about a quarter inch of dust, and it took about 36 hours for the attic to reach a comfortable temperature. The carpeting in the upstairs areas also needs to be deep-cleaned. For the sake of transparency, we did not contact the owner about these issues until we checked out--we cleaned the spaces ourselves and decided the materially misrepresented areas could not be resolved during our stay without interfering with our vacation. We did, however, relay these issues to the host upon checking out, and have not received any response after seven days.

Great house with a fabulous view

We had a great experience staying in this home. Corey was fabulous to work with. Very attentive and quick to respond to all of my questions. The home was spacious and comfortable. The view of downtown Pittsburgh was gorgeous. Location to downtown can’t be beat. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great Views With Some Minor Issues

The house is very close to the city and has a great view of the tall buildings. The inside looks good, but there were a few issues with the sinks, and the microwave. The bed frames were squeaky when you moved around. Evrything else is very good.
