Summary:
Can’t beat this walkability with the luxury of a welcoming apartment:-) Walk to all the Stadiums, Casino, Stage AE, and countless bars, restaurants, and breweries! The best part is the “T” takes your right downtown for FREE and is less than a half-mile walk. And don’t forget… there are two full baths:-) This unit is Dog-friendly for an additional charge.

The Space:
We have provided the essentials like towels, linens, soaps, and more for your stay. The space is good for couples, solo adventurers, work, and close friends. Super walkable to Pittsburgh's main event venues, oldest park, coffee shops, bars, and local restaurants.

The kitchen is fully stocked (with kitchen supplies, coffee, not food). Enjoy the high ceilings, open kitchen, and watch your favorite Netflix shows all at once! The Internet is provided and secure. This space could be an overnight stay or for an extended stay. Truly appreciate and enjoy the overall best Pittsburgh stay!

Update: Shared paid laundry now available on premise, located in the basement of the building.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the place 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

The Neighborhood:
It is a short walk to the stadiums (a half a mile away), less than a mile walk or bike ride to downtown. It is close to PNC Park, Heinz Field, Andy Warhol Museum, the Three Rivers Casino, National Aviary, plenty top-notch restaurants and much more! Very centrally located.

Getting Around:
The T (our subway system to downtown) is right by us, less than a half-mile! I recommend uber since it is available 24/7

Other Things to Note:
PARKING: To get a Pittsburgh Parking Authority Visitors Pass, there is a $20 processing fee that is good for your entire stay. It comes with One on street parking pass out front (we will need the cars details), then there is additional free on parking, first come first served as shown/highlighted in the listing photos. Please let us know if you would like one in the message thread.

You MUST be respectful to the other 7 tenants that live in the building. It is their home so please treat it like yours:-)

NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, STRICT NOISE ENFORCEMENT

PET FEE: DOGS ONLY! Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats or other pets at our units. There is a flat $50 fee for the entire stay that we give to our cleaners.
