My recent stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues that significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. Upon arrival, I was not informed that the elevator was out of service, which created an immediate inconvenience. Once in the room, I discovered that the television was not working, adding to the frustration.
Throughout my stay, there were ongoing maintenance problems, including lights that constantly flickered or shut off unexpectedly. At one point, the power went out entirely, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, the WiFi service was unreliable and frequently went down, making it difficult to stay connected.
Beyond these issues, the overall condition of the room clearly showed a lack of proper maintenance. There was noticeable discoloration on the walls and areas where paint was missing, which made the space feel neglected and poorly maintained.
Overall, the lack of communication at check-in combined with the numerous facility and room condition issues made for a very unsatisfactory experience. These problems should have been addressed in advance or clearly communicated to guests to set proper expectations.
