âMy recent stay at this motel was a pleasant surprise. For the price, I didn't expect much, but i were very impressed. The room was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. If you're looking for a simple, affordable, and well-maintained place to stay, I highly recommend Beaver Falls Motel. It's a fantastic value.â

âWe were very impressed with the Staff. They were so friendly. They were so kind and patient with their guests. Our room was very clean and we were very satisfied with our breakfast. The only recommendation I have is to clean up the outside entrance area because when we saw it we thought we might have made a mistake in booking but once inside we saw it was fine. â

âEntrance to parking a bit tricky and narrow. I entered to another hotels entrance parking in the beginning. The other thing I didnât like about the place is the wall must have little to no insulations. I heard the snoring from next door all night.
The place overall though is clean and worth the price. Breakfast was descent. â
