“Upon check in, the front desk lady informed us that a tree from a recent storm had fallen on the hester to the hot tub. We were past the canceling window, so we decided to stay. And I'm glad we did. They did fix the hot tub. Very friendly check in on Monday night.. But the lady on duty on Tuesday evening was rude..said the hot tub was out of order and we needed to get out of it! “When I arrived, the cottage had my name mixed up with another which delayed my checking in. Part of the amenities was a bottle of wine (how nice!); however, I had to ask for it. :( Despite those two issues, the room, the breakfast, homemade cookies, etc., was all quite nice. “I arrived during a huge storm, the surrounding area had a tornado, there was hail storm within minutes of my arrival, so the power was out all over town. The manager was very communicative and helpful. I decided to extend my stay by a day, so I could experience the entire Eureka Springs experience but I had to change rooms, so the manager moved my things for me, very helpful and kind for the over 65 group I am in! 10 Stars for that!!!!!!!!!!!!”
