Hotell nära Place du 1er Novembre

“Very friendly and helpful staff, we enjoyed every moment the views where fantastic. Thank you for your hospitality! Until next time ✌️”

“Hôtel bien situé à proximité des commerces, transports et restaurants. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. La chambre correcte correspondait parfaitement à notre réservation. Petit déjeuner très copieux, varié et généreux. Les chambres sont globalement propres, même si le ménage méritait d’être un peu plus approfondi sur certains détails. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.”

“A very nicely kept hotel. Basic elegance. Bar available. Spa and gym closed during pandemic. Ordinary breakfast with limited structure to the service organisation (many staff, limited outcome). Very good bed. Rooms were kept perfectly. Air port shuttle can be ordered in advance. Limited use of the reception desk when in need of PCR laboratory on a Friday (find excellent service at Laboratoire Belarbi), when in need of advise about a cash point accepting international bank cards (refer yourself...

“La chambre était incroyable, superbe vue, personnel professionnel et bienveillant, une équipe au top, merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel incroyable. 10/10”

“Initially was going to give it 1 star across the board because I had a terrible check in. However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The hotel is located at an amazing location for tourists where you are close to so many of the attractions within walking distance. ...

“Personnel au top très à l’écoute! Petit déjeuner excellent. Emplacement à 2 minutes du front de mer Petit hôtel qui a tout d’un grand”

“Average Stay - Decent, but room for improvement Overall, my stay was okay and met basic expectations. The location was convenient and easy to find, which was a plus. The room was acceptable and reasonably clean, though some amenities felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. The staff were polite, but service efficiency and response time could definitely be improved. Breakfast options were simple and acceptable, but lacked variety. It is a decent choice for a short, budget-friendly stay,...

“La restauration ”

“Extremely disappointing experience. Cleanliness: Absolutely zero. Floors: Filthy; walking on them leaves the soles of your feet pitch black. Bedding: Crumbs and food leftovers were left on the bed. Mirrors: Covered in such a thick layer of dust that you can barely see your reflection. Bathroom: Extremely dirty, with a foul smell wafting from it. I will definitely never stay here again.”

“Scammers.... the booking and payment have been done online, when I arrived there they said that they did not receive any payment and I have to pay in cash. I showed them the receipt from Expedia but they did not care and they said they do not deal with Expedia at all!! Very aggressive reception,”

“Accueil, réactivité, bienveillance, hospitalité et sourire sont les mots de ce séjour”
