âWhat an amazing place! Villas are in a perfect location and very clean. Beach is well maintained even though sargassum was present during our stay, they worked very hard to keep it clean. Food and drinks were top notch. Easy bike ride to village or shuttle service each hour after certain times.â
âThis is a beautiful, clean property very close to the sidewalk in Placencia. The hosts were GREAT, check in was a breeze and the AC was cold!! They have a small but deep pool on top of it all!! I highly recommend Driftwood Gardens and will definitely stay again. â
âI had a delightful experience at Ocean Breeze! We were greeted with a lovely sign out front and the AC was running in our room. The front desk associate was gracious in accommodating our request for an early check in when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. âWe loved our stay in the Turtle room! We had a last minute change in our itinerary and needed a place for only one night... But we wished we had more time at this spot! The owners are very kind and responsive. The room was very comfy and cozy. I appreciated all the shelving in the rooms and bathroom. AC worked great. And the screened in porch was really wonderful to hang out on. It's also in a great location for wandering around the village. â
âCan't say enough good things about Alux! My friend and I visited Placencia for our Birthdays and were originally booked at other accomadations. We left the other place after one night and found Alux. What a gem! It is in the heart of the village. Everything is walkable, with lots of options for food, shopping and fun. âShelly and Taj who took care of us during our days was amazing. Hospitality was high and with Shelly and Taj:s engagement it became a warm feeling.
Thanks to Shelly who supported with diving booking and Taj who gave us a lesson in harvest and quality of coconuts.

âI usually ignore e-mails asking for a review, so this place was special. The property was centrally located, so it was an easy walk to anywhere in the village. The cabana was clean and the few kitchen items we needed were provided quickly and easily. Selina was incredible! She was so very helpful at every turn. This is definitely a great place to stay.â

âPerfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cupsâ
