Nyrenoverade privata rena 2 stora sovrum med högt i tak och angränsande ett nytt badrum med egen ingång från ett andra rum. En liten pittoreska te och kaffe område. Mini kylskåp och frys, mikrovågsugn, brödrost ugn, Cuisinart blender, varm panna brännare, värmare, luftkonditionering, Keurig kaffebryggare, och en pack och spela. Mest allt du behöver i ett kök minus en kökshandfat. King size-säng i ett rum. Och en queen size-säng i inmatningsrummet. En pool och nybildad bakgård och uteplats med grill finns att tillgå. Ägare bor på fastigheten. och rummen är anslutna till huset. Var vänlig respektera och fester är inte välkomna. Ligger 5-7 min. utanför Hwy 50 i ett lugnt och säkert grannskap. Harley vänlig. Nära till restauranger, golf på Cold Springs Golf Course bara några miles away, forsränning i Coloma, vandring runt och Tahoe, cykling, skidåkning och snowboard i Thaoe, museer, guldgruvor, Red Hawk casino 8. 2 miles och parker. Dess 4. 5 miles till downtown historiska Placerville, 9. 1 miles till Apple Hill för att njuta av massor av alla typer av Apple Yummies, 64 miles till South Lake Tahoe, 54 miles från Sacramento och 6. 2 Miles till Coloma med många winerys omgivande området.

Fantastic Get away

We had a truly wonderful anniversary getaway filled with breathtaking hikes and delicious food. It was the perfect opportunity to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate. The host extended such warm hospitality, making us feel right at home in this beautiful setting. I can't recommend it enough and look forward to coming back soon.

Beautifully Decorated

We were in the area for a wedding. Renee was accommodating as we needed to freshen up before the 3 pm wedding and allowed us to check in early. I did not read the description fully and that is on me. For the amount of space, it is beautifully appointed with a gorgeous shower, comfortable beds and linens, and diffusers in each room for a nice touch of ambiance and aroma. The mini fridge was perfect for the amount of snacks we brought. There was not a place to eat for the three of us but we were snacking so that was okay. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool but it is a beautiful space. The drive from the freeway is dark as it is in the beautiful low sierras and devoid of annoying lights. Since I have always lived in rural areas it was perfect and silent for us, but make sure you have your GPS dialed in. Also, given the area, cell service is spotty but the trade-off is being in nature with amazing views and silent nights. We would book 2 nights next time to enjoy the pool and sleep in. Tucked Away, but just what we needed

This location is very tucked away deep into a hilly little neighborhood. The driveway is steep for nervous drivers but for us it was perfect. The house was clean and well-kept. The bathroom was large for the space. We attended a wedding very close to the location so it was convenient.

BAIT AND SWITCH

THIS WAS THE WORST BAIT AND SWITCH. First it is a ridiculous drive down miles of residential to get to it.The driveway is skinny super steep and barely can get a car in and out. The "two bedroom" is literally two bedrooms ,zero kitchen access except a ghetto microwave by your bed and tiny teenager type fridge near the bathroom (gross). The rooms enter direct into to side bedrooms there is no living room, no kitchen, no area to relax other than thebedrooms that feel like you came into a garage. The "pool" was green and gross with a rusty side gate that looked at bushes nothing at all like the photos. We had just driven across two states and she makes it seem like the house is yours we had planned to stay three nights to relax but how do you even cook a microwave??? near the head of the bed??? We didnt take the place and told her immediatly we even took photos. The photo of the note on her door to main area was locked with note "this is not your space" and because we didn't get a clear enough photo for VRBO they kept our 667.00 dollar.We told them we had no kitchen no area and it was not at all as listed . The "owner" was also right next door so you do not get privacy to the pool at all her son wassand blasting something so they are right up in your space. Weleft within 5minutes and told her this was not atall what she posted,We had to go find a hotel and pay again. She kept 667.00 knowing we didn't even stay. Total rip off and she knows we didn't stay. Scam

Honest review

This place is like a two bedroom studio with no kitchen (its connected to the main house). There is a private side entrance but you can hear everything in the main house. Although it says pet friendly, you’re not allowed to leave your dogs. This is very inconvenient because you have to leave to get food being you don’t have a kitchen. I got a nasty text from the land lord when I left my dogs for a couple hours while we were at dinner telling me to hurry back. So you have to find a place to eat where you can bring your pet. It’s actually NOT pet friendly at all. You do have access to the back yard and everything is really clean. We were told that if we’re going to use the back yard, deck or BBQ to be very quite because the land lord has two college sons who have to study for school. This didn’t make us feel comfortable so we just didn’t use it. It’s not like we have a sink to wash our dishes anyway. If you’re in a pinch and need a room this place is fine. I wouldn’t recommend staying here more than two days though. And if you have a pet, I recommend you find another place.

Inaccurate description

This property has no kitchen; it is falsely advertised. Just a microwave and hot plate in one bedroom next to the bed. There is also no seating area; literally no place to sit except on the bed. It is less than a hotel room in terms of amenities. It is tastefully remodeled but way short on functionality. Also, beware of fees. The fees doubled the price.

Beautiful rooms, pleasant atmosphere, nice to have holiday decorations throughout.. Tiny kitchenette easy to make a light breakfast and lunch. Very elegant shower with fluffy white towels. Enjoyed my stay.

Unfortunately, our stay did not allow us to spend much time at Renee’s place. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Given more time, it is clear the outdoor areas and pool would be relaxing and enjoyable.

AMAZING AND ROMANTIC PLACE 😍

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood away from Placerville it is a great place to stay extremely clean, new, friendly and very comfortable (we loved the use of essential oils). The surroundings were quiet, beautiful and the people very friendly. Renee was a wonderful host and was available to answer any questions. The room was well equipped, but not suitable for cooking (Cooking something very simple) with a spacious outdoor living room overlooking the trees and other greenery (smell of pine) The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family . A nice comfortable bed and a very spacious bathroom were also a welcome treat. I would recommend this place for a couple or two couples who want a quiet place to stay and enjoy a beautiful night in the fire place next to that beautiful pool. The deer, the chickens and that beautiful sound of the stream is truly a unique experience. THANK YOU RENEE for your hospitality and kindness that we could spend a wonderful weekend with my family. Perfect for families

We had a very nice stay here with our kids. Super clean, gorgeous views and nice backyard with a bbq, pool and trampoline. Everything we needed was there. The hostess was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Good for summer

The beds were comfortable, the shower was outstanding. We were disappointed there was no place we could sit and watch tv or eat - except on the beds. Even an outdoor table would have been nice to have. Long drive out with narrow roads.

Renee has beautifully appointed this gorgeous rental. Besides being ultra clean….the decor is classy and elegant but not stuffy. She thinks of every detail you may need and more. Would highly recommend it to anyone…singles to couples to families. You won’t be disappointed. 😀
