New pool home on Lemon Bay Lane!

Welcome to the newest Pool House getaway on Palm Island! This secluded retreat, completed in June 2024, is located just a few minutes by golf cart from the beach and boasts a private deep-water dock on the "Yacht Basin."
This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home features a contemporary beach vibe and is fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Enjoy the modern amenities and relaxing atmosphere of this brand-new property for an unforgettable getaway. Located about 1/2 mile from the beach and 1/4 mile to the dedicated dock for this property.
With a unique layout, the bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the "great room"—comprising the kitchen, living room, and dining area—is situated on the top floor, offering stunning views of Lemon Bay. The well-equipped kitchen includes upgraded appliances such as an induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The living room centers around a large Smart TV with comfortable seating for 7. The dining area features a table that seats 8 and a bar area that seats an additional 4. Just off the living room is a balcony overlooking the pool, with fabulous views of Lemon Bay and the intercoastal waterway. Also on the top floor are the laundry room and a half bath.
On the main floor, the master bedroom includes an ensuite bath, king bed, private balcony, and large walk-in closet. The first guest room offers a queen bed and ample closet space. The kids' guest room is also on this floor, equipped with twin bunk beds. PLEASE: No INFANTS OR ADULTS IN THE TOP BUNKS. A full bath is located across the hall from the guest rooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find a brand-new pool set in a resort-like atmosphere. Beside the pool, there is a table that seats 6 and a gas grill for outdoor cookouts, with additional seating around the pool area. The private dock ( located a few minutes away by golf cart) in the "Yacht Basin" offers deep water and access to the ICW without any bridges to pass under.
This home also features free high-speed WiFi and digital locks for easy access.
PETS: This home is limited pet friendly. WITH PRIOR APPROVAL, we will welcome ONE SMALL ( under 25 pounds) dog.
Have you vacationed on the island before? Palm Island a.k.a. Don Pedro Island, is a barrier island 7 miles long between Sarasota and Ft. Myers on the Gulf coast with sugar-sand beaches, beautiful harbors and lagoons, great fishing and shelling only accessible by a short 10 minute car ferry or private boat. Our beaches are some of the most pristine and quiet in all of coastal Florida. There are no high rises blocking your Gulf views, unpaved sandy roads, and a relaxed "Old Florida" atmosphere. There is one restaurant called the Rum Bay that serves lunch and dinner. The car ferry runs continually from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm from Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00 pm Friday and 12:00 midnight Saturday. You drive your car onto the ferry and then directly to your vacation rental home. It's a very special place to vacation. We have kayak rentals and golf cart rentals available during your vacation. All of our properties on Palm Island require a ferry ride to get there. One round trip on the ferry for car and passengers costs $55.
