“Clean rooms and friendly staff.”

“Close to the highway so a bit of noise from that. The room was clean and roomy. The internet was good. The breakfast was just okay.”

“There were teenagers running up and down the hall yelling and making a great deal of noise. The hotel staff refused to address it with the other guests.”

“The bathroom was dirty. Someone checked in to the room above us and were running back and forth around 11pm. This went on for around an hour and then they were back up around 530 am and woke us up.”

“I booked this hotel based on the reviews and was sorely disappointed. Checking in the guys at the front desk “Mario” was unprofessional and was using profanity while on the phone with a calling guest who has having trouble locating the property. Please nice being check in, we walked to our room and opened the door to a foul smell, we had to open the window to try to air out whatever they had going on. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like the shower floor had not been cleaned...

“This was the second time staying at an Avid Hotel and I was just as impressed as the first time. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and nicely decorated. It felt upscale but was priced to be affordable. The check-in process was efficient and staff were professional and friendly. I only needed a clean room and good nights sleeps but got much more value at Avid for the same money as a room down the road. Avid will be the first brand of hotel I look for when traveling and needing to make...

“I stay here at least a couple times a year and I have never had a bad experience. The rooms are always very clean and I am very comfortable.”

“This property is dated. If you're wanting something fancy, this is not the place. If you just want somewhere to lay your head to get some sleep.... this probably would work. Our air conditioner gave off a musty smell, the room would get too warm and then cold but warm right back up when the air conditioner wasn't running. The bathroom was clean, but like I mentioned, it's very dated.”

“Room was spotless except gross brown crud @ bottom of toilet drain, possible partial clogging, photo available. Talked to night clerk who suggested I should use a plunger. I commented that actually was his job! He came to the room and said those brown stains were normal discoloration. I don't think so. Therewas a fridge but no microwave nor alarm clock. Breakfast was adequate but very basic. Two waffle makers was a really nice touch.”
