“Rent & modernt hotell med toppenläge i Plano. Fräscht industriellt rum och närhet till allt från mat & shopping. Frukosten var dock sådär, smalt utbud och inte särskilt god. Vi bad om att få vårt rum städat 3 ggr utan att någon kom så det slutade med att vi fick gå till receptionen hela tiden för att be om nya handdukar och toapapper vilket drar ner helhetsbetyget. ”

Unfortunately, the AC failed in my room and the issue was not resolved during my stay. That was an unexpected miss, especially given the standard the property otherwise upholds. Had this not occurred, this would have been a flawless five-star stay across the board.”

“The hotel was beautiful! I love the artsy decor. It's a small hotel so there was only one restaurant that was open for all three meals. I only ate there once for lunch. The food was delicious. There was a taco joint that was only open for breakfast which was curious. The bridge that leads from the main downtown area was demolished so we were not able to have access to downtown easily. The hotel is near a highway so it's a bit noisy but that did not bother me. If you are a very light sleeper,...
