“Poor customer service”

“First room was not make up, the bed was slept in. The 2nd room did not have a working AC. Also, $75 per pet fee.”

“The hotel was nice & clean. Staff was friendly. The air went out in the middle of night/early morning. I told the lady at the front desk & she said she was going to look for us a fan . She stated that wasn’t going to get us a new room because we was checking out that morning. They never bought a fan. She stated that she will leave a note for the manager.”

“The first room smelled like smoke. The second one didn't have a fridge. The floors are dirty is an absolute disaster the whole property.”

“Parking close and well-lit. Breakfast ample and appetizing. Enjoyed the daily joke on letter board near front desk.”

“The room was clean. There was ample parking. The bed had a large dip in the middle and squeaked when you moved. The front desk attendent acted like we were an inconvenience to her day and was unable to make change without using her phones calculator to make change when given a $20 bill on a $9 purchase. All in all a decent and convenient place to stay.”
