The villa is equipped with a heated pool. Please inform us at least 48 hours before your arrival if you wish to make use of this service. Please note that there is an additional charge of 70⏠per day for the pool heating.
Upon your arrival, please be informed of the following environmental fee applicable to your stay, which varies seasonally: from November to March, it is 4⏠per night, while from April to October, the fee is 15⏠per night.
Damage deposit: 500⏠upon arrival by cash. Return: the day of the check out by cash.
