  • This traditionally built house on the mountain resort of Platres has been renovated and furnished with the utmost luxury. Every detail has been thought off and every piece of furniture and equipment chosen with care.



    The Platres Forest View Cottage is built over two floors and features a spacious open-plan living room area with a cozy, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, log fire and a spacious covered balcony as well as guest WC on the upper floor. The lower floor offers three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The large master bedroom offers a double bed, en-suite shower room, a private sitting room and kitchenet. The second bedroom also offers a double while the third bedroom offers two single beds. All bedrooms are joined by a balcony and offer great views of the forest. The covered veranda on the upper floor offers dining table with chairs and a gas BBQ. Overall Platres Forest Panorama is ideal for a relaxing holiday or short break on Troodos Mountains.



    The house is fully equipped and offers, air-conditioning with hot and cold air, wood-burning fireplace, parking for 2 cars, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi internet.



    Platres Forest Panorama is located in a tranquil location of Panos Platres about 1km from the centre of the village and about 40 minutes' drive from Limassol. A superb location to relax and explore Troodos Maintains with easy access to the ski lifts in the winter or to tour the picturesque wineries and famous monasteries of the region. Explore the numerous nature trails and visit the Kalidonia and Milomeris Waterfalls, enjoy a fresh trout or souvla in the small traditional taverns, visit the Sayious Adventure Park or the Sparti Rope Park suitable for children of all ages. Breath in the fresh air of the mountain or within 40 minutes be in Limassol for a swim in the sea, a gourmet meal or a fancy cocktail.



    This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighbours and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Forest house near to village

Location - views good access to the village.. Spacious. Comfortable. Heating via air con worked but logs too expensive at €50! BBQ worked well and there was a replacement canister. Dishwasher and washing machine worked well. Ample parking. Good outside lights. Better directions: locate relative to the road signpost immediately opposite! Slow response to enquiry about hot water. Accurate info needed about how to put the hot water on - the swich is half way down the stairs not in the bathroom as stated! Only four outside chairs for the balcony. No water at the kitchenette. No plug for bath so could not be used! Shower in en suite needs refurbishing.
