"Friendly staff and fantastic hotel. Good food but with no kids alternatives in the restaurant. Very traditional hotel right at the city center facing the main square. The parking in the hotel was full so we needed to park in the alternative parking right at the corner."

"The hacienda is an amazing natural place in the tropical forest and there are many animals and insects atound. Its understandable and very nice but there should be a warning. I found scorpiona scorpion inside the reception area and different spiders inside the rooms. It can be dangerous for small kids. The room was comfortable and the whole experience was an adventure. The staff was friendly. I wanted to use the pool in the early morning but i had to wait because they were cleaning the pool and because the person responsible for the towels was not available, even when it says that the pool is is open from earlier."

"Jättefint hotell med snäll personal. Utomhuspoolen är omringad av mangoträd och flera typ av fåglar. Underbar plats för fågelskådare!! Bra frukost!!"

"El hotel estaba muy cómodo, bien decorado y el trato del personal muy amable. La habitación contaba con una mini-nevera, buen aire acondicionado y secador. Camas cómodas y habitaciones amplias. El restaurante sirve comida local fantástica y variada. La zona muy tranquila, sobre todo las habitaciones que dan al patio interior y no a la plazoleta. Lo único quizás negativo es que el Wifi no alcanzaba a la habitación más distante de la entrada pese a los repetidores. De volver a Valladolid me alojaría de nuevo en el mismo hotel."
