“The room was clean. The breakfast was good.”

“Good breakfast, easy parking. Room cleanliness could be more thorough. Easy checkout except a receipt couldn’t be obtained because I reserved this under Expedia. Plus I got charged an additional $25.00 at the time of check in. Might be refundable - supposedly.”

“Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5.”

“Clean room. Virtually no breakfast unless if you like carbs and room temp milk. Floor boards sound like they might give in throughout entire hallway. Shower has the 5000 modes attachments. Staff is good at check in and check out otherwise didn’t need much from them. Parking lot easy to find. No clock in the room. Many chairs. No conditioner in bathroom it’s a 2 in 1. ”

“BED BUGS!!! The hotel was overall a bit run down. It is an old building with some lipstick slapped on. Our shower had hair in it. Poor workmanship with silicon slathered everywhere in the bathroom. It was bearable until we settled in to watch tv and a bug crawled across my shirt. We pulled the mattress cover back to reveal several bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem too bothered to care; just a surface level apology. The only positive was the pool area prior to this nightmare beginning. It is nice...

“Great hotel, very clean and nice with easy access parking. The only negative was the pool being closed the weekend we were there for maintenance. Very disappointing for my kids after a long day at the zoo, but we still had a nice time.”

“Elevator broken and we are disabled & we were on the second floor. We had to carry our luggage down the stairs. ”

“Did not eat breakfast, early flight. The parking lot is poorly lit and is a bit cramped driving through. After checking in we found a bedbug in our bed. We tore the bed apart and did not see any more. You know what they say, when you find one.... The toilet in our room would continuously run if you didnt pay attention.The shuttle service to Eppley was great. Cost to leave our vehicle there was $5/day. ”
