Welcome to our comfortable vacation apartment, ideal for your relaxing stay in the midst of picturesque nature!

Our apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation:



- A cozy bed, a fold-out armchair and a folding bed offer space for up to four people.

- A travel cot including bed linen and a high chair are available for our younger guests.

- A modern smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, Disney+, RTL+ (own access required) provides the best entertainment. You can also connect your own Fire TV Stick.

- Free WiFi is also available.



Kitchen & culinary delights

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired:



- Coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and other appliances are provided.

- Coffee, tea, spices, vinegar/oils and lots of cooking utensils make it easy for you to prepare delicious meals.

- We have also thought of a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and washing machine.

Leisure & relaxation

You can enjoy the day on the balcony with a wonderful view of the greenery. Smoking is only permitted here. There is also a barbecue for cozy evenings.

The apartment is perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area:



- There is a private parking space for your car right outside the door.

- The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away and you can reach a fast-charging station for electric cars in a minute.

- Numerous excursion destinations, such as the Elster cycle path, the Pöhl and Pirk dams, the Neundorf bathing pond and the Plauen Heath for hikers, are within easy reach.

- The city center is only 7 minutes away by car, shopping facilities only 3 minutes away by car. The farm store around the corner provides you with fresh regional products.



Family friendly

The apartment is perfectly equipped for families with one child:



- There are children's toys, children's books and a small playground, as well as a park with a pond just a 3-minute walk away.

- All windows are fitted with blackout blinds so that even the little ones can sleep well.
