âWe loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was nice. Max at the front desk was SUPER helpful and pleasant. Aside from that, an excellent location to enjoy the best of San CristĂłbal island has to offer. We didn't want to leave. â
âThe hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. The room had a balcony and hammock, overlooking the harbor and ocean. Daily housekeeping and fresh drinking water were provided. Breakfast was basic but adequate, as is typical of South American hotels. We had an afternoon ferry, so we had access to the pool, towels, and coffee and tea. There were two pools, and a pleasant garden.â
âProperty was good, staff was excellent, few concerns were no hot water at 6:30 am, room was a bit tiny & too many cats roaming around. Also the hotel is not walkable to the pier or most of the restaurants, but taxis r only $2 per ride.
Host lady was exceptionally good, she made our breakfast available before time so v made it to 7 am excursion.â

âAwesome location, across from the beach and near the interpretation center and trails. The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part.
We booked and paid online through Expedia but apparently this property didn't get the transfer. Not sure if this was a onetime issue with the worldwide...
