Enjoy the building’s rooftop lounge with its 40cm dipping pool and hammocks, all located within a quiet, well-maintained complex near local transit.

Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.

Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.

It is safe and easy but not touristy.

We’re just a 5-minute walk from the vans to Cancun and Tulum, and 12 minutes walking from the ADO tourist terminal. It’s an easy walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, and we're close to Paseo del Carmen, the shopping and restaurant plaza at the south end of 5th Avenue, right next to the Cozumel Pier.

You will also have access to the shared rooftop, which is outfitted with hammocks, lounge chairs, and a 40cm shallow dipping pool. It serves as an ideal spot to relax and catch the breeze, though please note the pool is designed for dipping only.

The building is gated and secure, with on-site staff ensuring the property is well-maintained. Its location offers a local neighborhood feel away from the busiest tourist noise, yet remains a short walk from authentic restaurants, shops, and public transportation. For your convenience, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are included in the rate, and monthly guests receive two complimentary cleanings along with long-term discounts.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. Taxis are also easy to get from this central location.

Check in is 24 hours, after 3pm on your first day of rental. You will have a code and let yourself into your condo (provided in our arrival instructions) as soon as you arrive. No waiting for anyone!

We sell 5 gallon tanks of drinking water for 50 pesos or $3 USD.

Free street parking is available.
