Important Note: In this haven of peace and family atmosphere, we strive to preserve everyone's tranquility, so parties and loud noise/music at night are not allowed.

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we'll be happy to arrange it for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can schedule it.

Before your arrival, we'll ask for a passport photo or ID for each guest staying there and for them to sign the condominium rules to ensure a good relationship with the neighbors.

We ask that you follow these rules for a better coexistence with the neighbors and the entire surrounding area:

- The reservation is for registered guests only; no visitors, extra guests, or pets are allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only allowed inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.
- Please do not use towels to remove makeup or sunscreen.
- The toilets in this area do not accept paper in the bowl. Also, to protect the environment, we ask that you do not throw paper or any other objects in the toilet, as they can clog and cause significant pollution.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows where neighbors can see them.
- We ask that you do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If you don't know where to throw it, please ask us.
- Please respect the speed limits when accessing the property.
- Swimsuits are required for use of the pool. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes, or balloons into the pool area.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

- Replacement of lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking passes, or towels costs $20 USD each.
- For each rule broken, the condominium or neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 USD in penalties or may require you to call the police for eviction due to misconduct.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20 kW of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will be charged $5 pesos per kW extra. Responsible use should not exceed this limit.
- You have complete privacy on the property. However, if there is a force majeure event that requires access, we will let you know in advance (floods, leaks, fire, etc.)
