The center of Playa del Carmen, as well as the famous 5th avenue, is a 10-minute drive away.



In addition to your host for any questions about the accommodation, we assign you a concierge upon arrival who can help you with car rental, airport transportation, tours, activities, restaurant reservations, etc.

Other Things to Note:

Your stay includes one cleaning before your arrival and one at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



Before your arrival, we will ask you for a passport photo or ID of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.



There are constructions or maintenance work in the area, there may be construction noise during the day.



The condominium is regularly fumigated against pests, but due to the humid climate of the city and vegetation you may find small insects or animals such as ants.



The condominium has visible security cameras. None that invade the privacy of the guests, they are located in common areas and are to reinforce the security of the condominium.

The pool opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m.
