The Space:

Our stylish studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. You’ll enjoy an open‑plan layout with a plush queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and utensils), and a large sliding window that opens directly to the pool deck. There’s also a rooftop pool with sun loungers and sweeping views of the Caribbean, plus a well‑equipped gym on site. We provide a complimentary starter kit (toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap and shampoo,): Linens and towels can be refreshed for a fee (daily cleaning isn’t included but can be arranged 24 hours in advance). Please care for linens and avoid using them to clean floors or remove makeup.



Guest Access:

Check‑in is handled through the building’s 24‑hour reception. Guests must present ID upon arrival and register a fingerprint or facial scan for the biometric entry system. Once registered, you’ll have secure access to the building and the studio. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this policy; no refunds can be issued for refusal to use the biometric system.



The Neighborhood:

The studio sits in a prime location just 150 m from the vibrant 5th Avenue and a short stroll to Playa del Carmen’s beautiful beaches. Walk to cafés, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, supermarkets and nightlife. You’re also a quick ride from ferry terminals to Cozumel and close to tourist attractions like Parque Fundadores and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Despite the central setting, the building is in a pleasant area where you can relax after exploring.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is within walking distance, but you’ll also have easy access to local transport. Taxis and rideshares are plentiful on 5th Avenue. The ADO bus station is a few blocks away for travel to Cancun, Tulum or the airport. If you prefer to cycle, BiciPlaya bike‑share stations are nearby. With the included parking spot (subject to availability), you can also bring your own car or rental.



Other Things to Note:

⚠️ ROOFTOP WORKS - TOWER A (August 31 to September 15, 2026): if your unit is in Tower A, renovation works will be taking place on its rooftop. You may hear construction noise between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The rooftop stays open during the works and, per condominium rules, access is limited to guests aged 16 and over.



- This listing includes multiple similar studios in the same building. Unit and floor may vary by availability.

- Some studios may be located on the ground floor. If you require a specific unit or floor, please ask before booking.

- Travel crib/cot available for $15 USD per stay (includes mattress, sheets & blanket). Limited availability — request in advance and wait for our confirmation.

- Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.

- Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 5:00 PM.

- Check-in at reception with ID. Building access is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition); by booking you agree to register it. No refunds if you decline this procedure.

- Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an extra fee. Daily cleaning is not included — please request services 24 hours in advance.

- Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for makeup removal or floor cleaning to avoid extra charges.

- For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking. This apartment is located on the ground floor



For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
