Welcome to this stylish 1-bedroom condo, located on the 3rd floor of a modern 6-story building. Please note that the building is new, and some apartments are still being conditioned for use. As a result, it’s possible that noise may be heard inside the building. Additionally, the property is located in a developing area with nearby construction projects. While they are not at the beginning of construction, they are not entirely finished, so some noise in the area may be present.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to common areas at the complex.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $5 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
