Bra boende!
Ett mycket bra boende! Rent och fräscht, med säkerhetsskåp och ett mindre kök, flera pooler på området. Wi-FI var lite instabilt men i övrigt mycket bra! Gångavstånd till både strand och 5e avenyns restauranger och shopping.

Byggarbetsplats + medelmåttigt hotell
Ombyggnationer på hotellet som vi ej informerades om innan, fick utsikt mot byggarbetsplats och brädor och prylar som langades upp med hjälp av rep utanför balkongen. Rummet var okej, men väldigt ljudligt. Både lyhört och ljud från högljutt ac-system som stod precis utanför sovrummet - det var så på i princip alla rum (vi bytte två ggr). Poolen var okej men såg inte alls ut som på bilderna - överlag var hotellet en besvikelse och inte alls vad vi förväntat oss. Sisådär läge, rätt långt in till stan och till stranden. Renlighet okej och själva sovrummet var rätt bra, dock smal dubbelsäng. Medelmåttig service.

They were rebuilding on the top of the roof. So ut Was kind of noisy. Otherwise a ok hotel for the Price. Wifi was a bit unstable.

Rent och fint hotell. ok läge där det tar 10min till "centrum" och ca lika långtid till närmaste strand. Dåligt wi-fi som delvis inte funka. AC som bara blåste kallt. Då det var väldigt kallt på nätterna hade det varit bra om man kunde värmt upp rummet lite.

Good value for money
Nice room with small pentry for cooking, which was great after two weeks in hotel rooms. The hotel is just north of the city center, so it's a couple of blocks to restaurants and shopping. Decent-size pool with half a dozen sun beds. Unfortunately some guests started a pool party at 3am, and weren't stopped because the front desk in unmanned at night.

La atención muy deficiente, la espera prologanda para que nos puedan asignar una habitación por falta de información del personal sobre las llaves, al no poder tener acceso a una de las habitaciones de otro edificio que estaba cruzando la calle nos asignaron una, dentro del mismo y nos regresaron, además que era más simple la habitación a la que se había reservado, asimismo la atención hacia el huésped deja mucho que desear, y la habitación la cama muy dura.

Do not stay unless you want a babysitter
It was like staying with your mom, many rules and no late entries. Staff is amazing but they have to always open and close it's so annoying. Never again

We booked a room for blue coral and ended up getting put in perlas which is there sister Condos across the street. They had no elevator and we were on the third floor and pool on 5th . Big inconvenience

There were no sheets on one of the beds. Lots of surfaces felt sticky. The pools were cloudy and unusable. Very disappointing.

No servía el elevador y tuvimos que cambiar de habitación al cuarto número 4 de planta baja. Fue de acuerdo por necesidad de llevar una persona con discapacidad pero el cuarto no estaba adecuado.

We love the location and the price of this hotel. There are many pools and it is very clean. The staff is friendly and you cannot go wrong for the price. It is a short walk to the beach and is in a quieter part of the city.

No me gusto, que las camas eran tan simples, solo sabanas. Ademas hace demasiado ruido como gatos peleando, el sonido de diversos animales que impiden dormir, no volveria a ese hotel, no supero mis expectativas

The beach is within a 5-minute walk. The best taqueria we’ve experienced in our lives is three blocks away. Mini mart, convenience store, fresh fruit store and all the vendors of 5th are accessible in minutes. The staff was kind and helpful as they could be (our Spanish isn’t very good yet) Very safe neighborhood! We had the best time!! Life in Playa is good!

The best part about this hotel are the rooftop pols. The rooms are mediocre for a hotel in a developing country and we weren’t even supplied with washcloths. The advertisement for “ocean view” is false. The hotel is on 50-52streets which run East/west and therefore the balconies all face the north or south...the beach is to the east. Also, the property advertises multilingual staff, which is untrue. I’m English speaking and no staff could communicate with me in English. Luckily I speak enough Spanish.

Dear. We appreciate your comment, it helps us improve our services. We tell you, so there is no confusion, that the service of clean towels is left every other day. Two receptionists who speak English and Spanish were hired two weeks ago to provide a better service. Also, some time ago, we have modified the descriptions in the pages of reservations on the ocean view, because with the new neighboring constructions the sea can not be appreciated anymore. Misleading pictures
This was not a good stay for us....Firstly the picture of the front building is misleading...we were actually in the buildings next door !!! So be mindful of that ...not half as aesthetically pleasing ...room was only ok after we were put in a box room without windows and I asked to be moved. Breakfast was awful..no milk only creamer !! And french toast from a packet ...only saving grace this was for one night. There is also a lot of building noise from early o clock....no fire extinguisher anywhere although the bracket was there ....hand rail on stairs was held on with a zip tie !!! Cracked , raised unsafe floor tiles also....a poor stay although the front desk girl Natalie was pleasant.

Hotel did not have elevator - I had to climb 5 floors to my “suite” - couldn’t sleep due to noise made by windows and glass doors - will never stay here again.

Good: Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location if you like to party but not ideal for young families. Bad: facilities are outdated and not some functioning. Internet is very bad. Poor RF and low bandwidth. Location is beside construction sites which start with noise at 7am. Showers are smelly. Water is super hard, they need a softener. Swimming pools are well within proximity to live wires. Rooftop pool railing is too low and not safe. Noise level with construction and blaring music is unreal.

La suite es muy cómoda, cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual es una tranquilidad extra, el desayuno básico pero bien, a unos pasos de la 5ta Av. El único “pero” que puedo añadir es que en las habitaciones se escucha TODO. Aun así, si recomiendo esta estancia es una buena opción para un viaje de presupuesto medio

El lugar deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones muy pequeñas, sin ventana ni vista por lo menos a la calle, demasiado sencillo y de mal gusto, no me volvería a hospedar en ese lugar.

Está en la orilla de la 5ta Av pero aún así tiene muy buena ubicación, las habitaciones son cómodas y el desayuno básico. Buena opción si el plan es solo descansar de un día súper activo de los parques por ejemplo
