Your group books 2 apartments side by side on the 2nd floor, with an elevator that serves both. Each apartment has its own entrance, a queen bed, a sofa bed and a full kitchen, so the duplex sleeps up to 8 guests. The sofa bed in each apartment comfortably sleeps one adult or two kids.

Palms and loungers surround the warm rooftop pool, and the other guests in the building share that terrace. A breeze comes off the ocean at sunrise. The ADO bus terminal is a 15-minute walk, and the Cozumel ferry is a 20-minute walk. Tulum and the Cancun airport are each about 1 hour from the terminal, and Chichen Itza is 2.5 hours. Next door there is a laundromat for longer stays.
