Great building, condo, top pool and location. We will likely go again with another owner in the building.
Owner caused us grief by not answering or meeting our simple requests before we left Canada. I talked to him personally, VRBO helped & he promised check-in info the n/day but it never arrived before leaving home. After we left he charged us for a broken vase which WE DID NOT break. Several people had access to the condo and IT WAS NOT US. He kept part of the damage deposit and return the remaining but keeps sending payments requests for the vase. I already have a complaint with VRBO and will update them on the latest events. All he had to do was send us the requested info and all would have been fine. I've used VRBO several times in the past and with no problems and will likely use then again.
