* Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will have a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With normal and responsible use they should not exceed it (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open).

Getting Around:

You probably won't need a vehicle to get around. Most tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, allowing you to explore the city on foot.



However, if you want to visit more distant places, there are various transportation options available in the city, such as taxis, car rentals, or even bicycles. Playa del Carmen has an extensive network of bike lanes that connect the main tourist spots in the city.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival we will ask you for a photo of the passport or identification of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.



Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.



It is necessary to complete the online check-in form and present an official identification before arrival.
