Condo Sueño is a delicious option for your stay in Playa del Carmen and can accommodate up to 5 people. The main suite offers a king bed, en-suite bathroom with private terrace and the guest suite offers 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom. In addition to a fantastic private terrace with pool views, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a drink at night. Located in the very safe closed residential area of Playacar



The Hard Rock is just one mile inside the subdivision. If you enjoy hiking and swimming, there are many nearby cenotes (natural ponds) just 4 miles away.



To get to the condominium, we can offer you the transportation service from the airport for an extra cost, since it is 45 minutes from the beach. Our concierge will receive you at your condominium and will offer you our various additional services such as grocery shopping, babysitting, excursions, restaurant reservations, and more.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
