Staff and property for the most part were very good. The pool was very crowded and all chairs were covered and mostly unoccupied for much of the day. We were told at check in that if a chair was unoccupied for more than 30 minutes or so, the towels and possessions would be cleared. Didn't happen. Service was ver slow at the pool; we ended up getting our own drinks most of the time.
You need to revise your towel policy with the cards. The towel kiosk was unattended for much of the day and was very inconvenient to wait to change towels for cards.
Also, relax about the glassware. After waiting 20 minutes to get a glass of wine, I stood with the glass to return from the restaurant to my room and 2 waiters and a manager charged me immediately to retrieve the glass from my hand.
I didn't fly 1000 miles and pay thousands of dollars to take a towel or a wine glass off the property. Not great hospitality. And yes, there is a difference in taste from glass to plastic. i get the plastic at the pool, but in the room, let the glass go with your guest. Big point of dissatisfaction and not very hospitable.
