“Le falta mucho mantenimiento, hotel muy viejo. Pero con buena ubicación No hay muchas opciones en Progreso”

“Mycket nöjda. Enkelt med funktionellt. Trevlig balkong och bästa läget. Personalen fixade småsaker som behövdes. JE/budgetres.se”

“Bra hotel med utmärkt läge vid stranden i Progreso (staden är trevlig men lite sömning så max några dagar här)”

“We loved our stay at Casa Ku. The location and grounds—right on the beach—were fantastic. The staff was also fantastic, especially Giovanni at the front desk and Alberto, who was our waiter at Nido. The free breakfast was a big bonus! I highly recommend staying here.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the best parts was the beautiful beach view — waking up and seeing the ocean was amazing! “GRAN LUGAR, INMEJORABLE PERSONA, UBICACION, TODO ES PERFECTO, ME ENCANTO LA PERRITA Y LOS GATITOS, ES UN LUGAR HERMOSO Y CALIDO, ENCUENTRAS TODO ALREDEDOR. MARAVILLA.”

Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud...

“Un lugar para descansar y pasarla bien.”
