Casa Brisa Mar - Oceanfront - Pool - Jacuzzi - Fire Pit

En underbar tvåvåningshus vid havet, med balkong som sträcker sig rätt över vattnet. Njut av att titta på valar, delfiner och pelikaner precis utanför ditt fönster. Två grillplatser och två fullt utrustade kök för inomhus- och utomhusmat. Inkluderar ett takunderhållningsområde med 360 graders utsikt och kan underhålla fester på 50+. Båda våningarna har sovrum och vardagsrum med full havsutsikt. Varje nivå har separata ingångsvägar och har sitt eget kök, vilket gör Casa Brisa Mar tillgängligt för hyra på en våning också.

Alla rum har en TV med antingen direkt-TV, lokala kanaler, Netflix, HBO, Cinemax och Pay Per View eller SmartTV internet redo. Hemmet är inrett med traditionell mexikansk inredning och tyger och har en känsla av gamla Mexiko, men med modern komfort och bekvämligheter.
Väggarna och taken är gips och dörrarna och möblerna är handgjorda av lokala hantverkare i närliggande Popotla.

En stor 20 ft by 40 ft pool, jacuzzi och utsikt över havet. Det finns ett stort gräsmatta för speciella evenemang som bröllop, verkställande möten, dop, födelsedagar, Quinceañeras, släktträffar och retreat. Catering är tillgängligt för grupper om 500+. Njut av promenad längs gångväg vid havet.

Vi är säkra på att du kommer att få en oförglömlig vistelse på Casa Mil Flores, om havet är så nära att du tydligt kunde höra vågornas avkopplande ljud.

Spring Break

Our group consisted of three families with kids ranging from 12 - 20. The house easily fit our group and we loved using the firepit at night. Unfortunately, it was too cold for the pool and spa, maybe next time.

Great Hospitality

The house was great with excellent views. It turned out to be the perfect location to have my 50th birthday party. I had 20 of my closest friends and family and they all enjoyed the property and hospitality from the host and staff. Nora was a great cook and took care of us the entire weekend. She made sure we never needed anything. I was a bit disappointed that the house was shared with other properties but it actually worked out since we had our very own sections. The pool could have been cleaner but I believe the system had just went down that week. Other than that I would definitely recommend and return.

Beautiful home

The house is lovely! We stayed in the 4-bedroom beach front and the views are stunning. Upper and lower levels have identical layouts. 2 bedroom 2 1/2 baths. Bottom bedroom has a washer and dryer in the closet. We did not use so can't speak to their condition. I loved all the details of the house and especially enjoyed the very large balconies on each floor to sit at in the mornings and evenings. There are some things that can use some attention like faucet handles, rips in couch and other minor things. For what they charge I feel like should be better kept up. One shower handle was broken but fixed in a timely manner, maybe not fixed correctly but they did get it to work so I was happy about that. I wish beach access was easier though. The pool is a community one that you share with a couple of other homes on the property. You can rent out the Jacuzzi for 3 hours $40. We did this, however I felt bad that the other people were asked to leave it. I think I would have been disappointed if asked to get out not knowing that someone else reserved it. Parking is a bit tight especially if you have trucks. It is tight to get in, but we managed parking one truck and one car at the bottom and one truck directly in front of the house. Overall it was a good stay and we felt safe in this home.

Amazing Weekender

My group consisted of 18 individuals traveling for a weekend bachelor party and we could not have had a more enjoyable stay. Setting up a chef for breakfast and dinner was a breeze, as was transportation to and from town. Will definitely be back

Experience in Baja for NYE

We arrived to a warm welcome by the property manager. He was amazing. Very helpful. The house was freezing cold, mind you it was abnormally cold this week. They didn’t have working heaters. There were only 4 of us in a house for $4800 for a 3 night stay. None of the linens matched. Not clean beds at all. Stained sheets with hair in them. Other then the stained hairy sheets, the house appeared clean. Until you looked at the bottom of your feet. They also wanted a charge for the hot tub. I thought this was excessive considering the amount of the property and the fact is is listed with a hot tub. Internet worked, but not great. Same with the television. No privacy despite the fact we had the biggest house with a pool and hot tub. NYE there were 4 guys messing with the pool, watching us change and get ready. It was very strange. Every day there was a random dog or man on the property outside the bedroom windows.

Very nice place my family enjoy the home. Pool was a few steps away (my 5 year son love it) and loved the walks on the beach. Google maps was off 4-5 houses, but end up finding our location down the street. Planning to return in the future.

Bachelor Party

7 close friends between 35 and 65 had a chance to get away towards the end of Covid. This property had it all and was a joy to stay. We will be back for sure and probably rent all of the compound! 8)

Overall great experience, only some misconceptions about the listing

Overall we had a great 1 night stay at Casa Brisa Mar. Pros: 1. beautiful house, great location 2. very helpful manager and staff 3. adorable dogs and puppies from neighboring houses 4. ocean is white noise machine at night Cons: 1. The jacuzzi costs 40 dollars to heat up , which was not previously mentioned in listing. There was also a sign that said it was 20 dollars to heat it up, which was outdated/misleading information 2. We had to inquire for extra blankets when manager/staff already knew the number of occupants.

Enjoyed our Stay

We went down on a work retreat with a group of 18 people. The house was great and it was nice to have multiple living spaces to spread out but still big enough for all of us to be in the same room at the same time. The sleeping was a little tight because not everyone was comfortable with sharing beds, but if you are, it won't be an issue. Overall this was a great property, the on site staff were friendly and helpful and there was an attendant guarding the gate so safety wasn't a concern. I would definitely make a return trip back to this property :)

Beach Front in Primo Tapia

This is a nice place. It’s literally right on the ocean, with a pool and jacuzzi. It’s basically two units, one on top of each other, which is great to have two kitchens. For us it was perfect because each room has it’s own bathroom, plus two half baths. We slept 12 people with no issues. We would rent this spot again. Thanks so much!

Great experience!

House was in great shape, in a very good location. Super close to 4 taquerias, you really don't have to go far to eat cheap for your entire stay. We did have the chef's prepare a phenomenal meal which is available on request. The groundskeepers / security guards were very helpful and spoke english well enough. Juvenal took care of us for the most part, he was a really nice guy. Enrique was easy to reach via email for anything Juvenal couldn't help with. All amenities of the house were as advertised, even the HotTub was working well the whole time we were there. We were very happy with the experience and hope to be back! I will say, it is not exactly a 'private' residence. There are a few houses on the property, people coming and going, some of them maintenance or staff, sometimes other guests, etc. For example the pool is shared by the entire property. So if you are looking for seclusion it might not be the best spot for you. It didn't bother our group of 13 people what so ever, we will be back!

This house is the perfect ocean front property to spend your entire trip. There is no need to leave. Come with everyone that you want to spend the weekend with and bring food and drinks. We had a great time hanging in the pool and the hot tub. We also loved hanging out on the rooftop and grilling and hanging by the firepit to watch the sunset. Great place! Looking forward to renting it again!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

Rented all 3 houses for a large birthday celebration. The location is easy to get to and upon arrival, we never wanted to leave and have already discussed making this an annual trip. Enrique is available to answer any questions, and prior to the trip, he also was quick to respond to any issues or questions I had. A couple notes about the property. Casa Brisa Mar is the house located closest to the ocean. The views are incredible and the house has 2 renovated kitchens, 3 large bedrooms and 2 large living rooms. There are multiple decks which look over the ocean and also over the pool. It's the 2nd largest house on the property. There's also a large rooftop patio above Casa Brisa Mar, with a large fire pit and charcoal BBQ. Casa Luna Llena is the largest house and sits behind Casa Brisa. The views from the multiple balconies rival those on Casa Brisa and can easily accommodate 16+. Again, multiple balconies and a large renovated kitchen. Casa Noches de Verano sits further away from the ocean, but we definitely sat on the balcony here most frequently because of the fire pit and incredible sunset views. It's the smallest house on the property (we called it the quiet house), and is also attached to an apartment that is also part of the property (we didn't know about the apartment, I think it's called Casa Mar Azul, and likely would have rented that as well--- fortunately, the renters didn't mind our large group of 30+ year olds). Overall, probably one of the best vacations I've experienced and perfect for a large group celebration. We are definitely coming back!!
